I emailed support a few days ago asking why mine and others have not gotten our keys yet and I got a reply yesterday. "Sorry about that! It looks like there was a small error in our system, but I've dispatch a unit out to you. You'll receive an email once they ship within the next couple of days with the tracking number."
So I guessing/hoping/praying that we will get our keycaps by this weekend. Wishful thinking.
