It's been more than a day now, and no one from support has gotten back to me about my missing key. Is this normal for Massdrop?
I'd say wait a week before sending a follow-up.
They are slow, but they always take care of any issues.
Do you got a reply from the support? Im waiting for it like 6 days ago so i dont know if i need to send an email
I also emailed them about duplicate/missing keycaps from another drop, 6 days ago and still no reply.
