Last night we called Vortex to let them know that the buy is going incredibly well. They were excited with how quickly this took off but they had some bad news as well.
Double shot keycaps require two pieces of plastic, the outer shell and the inner plastic which creates the legend (letter or number on each keycap). Vortex just informed us they only have 205 sets worth of the legend pieces. As such, we have to limit this buy to 205 units which will result in an early closure.
Cancellations will be accepted and refunds made within 24 hours of your request.
Our goal is to help the community buy as many things as possible for as low a price as possible. Closing buys early and imposing stock limitations is the exact opposite of what we want to do. Each of us spends 100 hours a week working to improve the site by writing new features, sourcing products, and constructing emails. There is nothing more frustrating than having to limit a buy because of the sheer time and effort it takes to make them possible.
On the bright side, we'll be placing an order for 205 sets and production will start immediately.
