Less than impressed. Although I'm loving the clackety-clack of the Cherry blues, and the solid feel, the white plate looks dinky on a black model. Black keys, black case... white plate... really? Worst of all: right menu key is completely dead, doesn't work at all. Very poor for a $200 (Australian, with shipping and FX) keyboard!
ok, just about a week ago i received the long awaited pok3r from massdrop, thank you all (the team and the community) for that! this is my second mechanical keyboard from massdrop (and since a very long time) so it's only natural that i compare those two. more so that the firs one is kbp v60 mini matias, so it's an interesting comparison.
what i love: the same 60% form factor; size and weight; the overall solid feel; cherry mx clears clickyness; programming!
what's disappointing: the legends font; white plate.
the two most disappointing things with my pok3er are not inherent to design, just production glitches: the aluminum body is just a little bit wry but the rubber pads are not soft enough to compensate for that and the keyboard swings just a bit on two pads (i hate this, tell me you wouldn't); also there's some smallish part loose inside the body and i absolutely need to open it up to get this thing out.
other than those two very annoying things pok3r is an ideal keyboard for me.
cherry ms clears sound and feel very different from the matias quiets that i've got really used to and almost fell in love with. i'm not sure which ones i love better but both are very pleasant.

Im not sure if im going blind but my white leds look bluish...
Also, MX Clears are so f**king awesome!
I think ill get only clears from now on, and I can see how this keyboard could be perfect with some DSA keycaps...
Vortex POK3R III Black/White LED Backlight/Cherry MX Red.
I received it today. Everything is fine. The keyboard is solid as a rock. I'm stoked. Couple of observations.
The keycap quality appears to be fine. I'd say it tends to be on the low-end medium, quality wise. There is also some "spur" on some keycaps endings/corners probably originating from the cutting process of the molds.
The legends are not something to be excited for. I'd pretty much prefer the older legends along with the front printing of the secondary functions. I will definitely replace the keycaps in the foreseeable future.
The only bummer is that the Caps Lock LED is blue instead of white that kinda defeats the whole white LED color scheme but i think that ends up down to personal preference.
Also there's a LED appear to be missing under the Caps Lock key? ( I'll upload a picture of the board i found as a reference ). Could someone please advise on this?
Lastly, there're a some dot legends on top of the spacebar. Is this supposed to be a cosmetic thing?
Just a glory shot of mine I got a week back. Still learning someone of FN layer (delete, insert, etc) but has become my daily driver for coding and general PC use.
