After a week of cross-country travel, my Pok3r with browns arrived! I liked the OEM keycaps that it came with, but I swapped them for Vortex blanks in the Cherry profile with some 50A o-rings. The slimmer caps with the o-rings makes it bottom out just past the bump, it's very interesting and fun to type on.
MayDayM3As a developer, I already have one of the function layers completely tuned. While one of my colleagues' HHKB is a dream to type on, I couldn't have asked for a better board as far as programability goes. I love this thing.
puffyfluppyWhat kind of things have you programmed? I am also a developer and I'm still adjusting to the 60% layout. So far, I mapped WASD as alternate arrow keys, flipped the dip switch to make caps lock into a FN, and then also programmed X, C, V to be volume controls by following a reddit post. Very interested to see the tweaks that other devs are doing!
DerekGI went with the guide that was posted on /r/mk. I have the VIM arrow keys, made caps lock the ctrl key and moved fn to left ctrl. fn+{left win, left alt, space} are vol {down, up, mute} respectively (per the same reddit post :). Moved around the home,end/pg up, pg down keys to fn+{y,u,o,p}. Fn+z highlights and cuts the current line, fn+x is del; fn+a,s,d,f are F5, F10, F11, F12 . I feel like there's a couple more I'm missing, but that's the important ones.
