Judging by the other comments, I'm not alone in wondering what's going on. So, either:
1. Give a shipping date,
2. Explain the delay, or
3. Offer refunds.
Silence is NOT a good response.
In the email that Massdrop sent they did offer a refund for those that ordered the keyboard. You had to contact customer support.
Wait... you're saying they DID send an email?
[checks email history, finds nothing]
When did they send it?
[checks main web page of order, finds nothing]
Why isn't it public, on the page advertising the details of the drop?
[notes the wording: "did offer" and "you had to"]
Have they STOPPED offering a refund - for a product that hasn't been delivered?
They sent the email 12/26.
