"I just received them today, and I plugged them in to charge for about 4 hours. I tried turning them on and nothing happened. I plugged them back in and as soon as I plug them in, a red led shows for about 2 seconds and then goes away. They still won't turn on. Do I have a defective model?

Same for me.. I don't really feel like sending them back to the US from Germany. Are they actually broken or are we/am I doing something wrong?
I would reach out to Voxoa support to determine if there is something wrong with your pair. If you can't resolve it that way reach out to Massdrop support and we'll get you taken care of.
Do what. Massdrop usually handles this so we don't even have to contact Voxoa
