Does this have PTZ or just manual adjustment?
Also, any idea if it's Blue Iris compatible?

Cake0Dit supports PTZ. you can slip screen of camera real-time image on Eye4 app . then camera will move up or down , left or right . Camera supports Onvif 2.4 protocol . Theoretically， it can support connect to Blue Iris  , I am not sure about whether it can work.
