Featuring an oval-shaped case and Vulcain Caliber V-61 automatic movement, the First Lady runs for 42 hours on a full charge without movement. A sapphire crystal protects the dial, which is made from mother of pearl with a mesmerizing wave pattern beneath a combination of Roman numerals and stick markers. Here in four styles, this is one watch that commands a presence wherever it goes.
