Nice straps, but sixty-five smackers is a lot of dough. If I were in the market, I would certainly do a little comparison shopping just to be sure. By the way, if you're looking for something other than just the same old leather watch strap, check out all the cool custom work offered on ETSY--always some pretty amazing stuff going on over there.

Hey Will, I put an order in for a strap but, having just gotten a different strap, am wondering if the 130mm might not be too long for me. Would it be possible to alter my order? I’m afraid I can’t find any way to email you via this site!

Greetings! I'm interested in the Olive, but desire a gray stitching to match a belt I have in the same Wickett & Craig leather. Also, can I order 20mm tapering to 16mm? Thanks!
wtchwhatsnxtThank you for your interest in my straps. I am sorry, but I cannot offer any customizations through this drop. Please shoot me and email and I will be able to accommodate you. Vulturepremium@gmail.com Thank you, Will

Looks good. But for me the length is off. I have small wrists. What I usually want when I order the right length for me is a shorter length at 6 o’clock. I don’t need 120mm. But I do want a 75 or 80 mm on the buckle side. This way it will sit center of my wrist, not on the side.

What size would you recommend for someone who has a 6.5 -6 3/4 inch wrist? One wrist is larger than the other. I wear my watch in either wrist.

Hey @Steelthumbs, what size did you settle on, and how's it fitting you? I have a similar sized wrist, usually going to the closest hole on standard straps, so any insight would be appreciated!

WickWornI chose the 120/70 mm size it fits nicely. (Based upon an earlier strap I bought from them but I was incorrect on my wrist size, & sized down.) if you search for “vulture premium” you’ll land on his website. Once there he has a sizing logarithm.

How do you compare Wickett & Craig's leather to Horween Derby? Seems like Wickett & Craig's is thinner. Am I right?
AlpoyozThank you for your question, I could talk about leather all day! Derby and Harness are two very different but great leathers. As for thickness, I order thick hides and split all of the leather down to the appropriate thickness. Most leathers seem to behave better at certain thicknesses than others. I allow the characteristics of the leather to determine the thickness of the straps that I make. I make the Derby straps thicker because it is a combination tanned leather - that is vegetable tanned and chrome tanned. This results in a softer leather, but the grain isn't as tight as a pure vegetable tanned leather. If you go too thin with Derby, it is quite stretchy. Derby also exhibits "Pull-up", a temporary color shift when it is flexed. The W&C Harness leather is a pure vegetable tanned leather, and is a much tougher, stronger leather. It is made for horse harnesses, so strength and weather resistance is crucial for such an application. This leather behaves better slightly thinner than the Derby straps because it is a more stout leather. It will break in and become nice and supple with time, but it is not as supple as the Derby straps are initially.

Vulture_PremiumThanks for the great answer. I got another question. Will it be any other design using blue leather besides from the previous Badalassi Carlo?

Hi! Can somebody please explain to me what 20/18 mm strap width means? Is it so that one strap piece is with 20 mm, and another is with 18 mm width? I am searching for a strap for my Glycine combat 6 36 mm watch, which needs 20 mm wide strap.

Akostu20/18 means the lug side is 20mm. The strap become smaller to the end at 18mm.

What size is best for ~6.25 to 6.5 inch wrist? My wrist is normally 6.5 but just in case, if its slightly smaller, wanted to see the best size. I wanted a leather strap for my Omega Seamaster and this beefy thing might be just the thing.
ZilventI would suggest the 115/65mm length. Thank you, Will

There are too many details missing: length of the short and the long strap; if the wide of the mentioned strap goes taped at the end; and, of course, size or at least the wide of the buckle. Please, be more technical.
