Phew, just finished packing individual boxes for the orders that went out with incorrect set of the keycaps. They will be shipping out first thing tomorrow. Thanks for your patience guys!

nelson @nelson; Are there any updates on these like a tracking number? I have to pick these up from somewhere other than home, so I'd like see tracking information if possible. Thanks!

Hey guys, We are very sorry about the color mixed up for this order. We are working with WASD preparing for the order, and we are aiming to have the corrected keycap sets ship out on Wednesday.

We're trying to figure out what happened with the fulfillment for this, I have your emails but I have no useful response to them until we hear back from WASD. Just letting you guys know we're on it and will definitely rectify the situation, either by getting you guys the right Keycaps, or via a refund. Will post more Monday/Tuesday once we have more info to share with you.

I ordered white, light gray, and gray with a red escape and mine were all mixed up too. Right colors, wrong groups, just like r.nienke said below. You guys aren't alone. I contacted support, but they haven't replied yet.

So... I was super-excited to get these. I drove out of my way to pick them up today. To my amazement: not even close. I don't know what happened, but the colors are right, the groups are all wrong. Anyone else?

r.nienkeSame here... I wanted a single red escape key, and grey/ light grey for the rest, but I seem to have gotten the QWERTY Cluster in red and everything mixed as well.
