Ok so i got the rucksack. But why in the hell does mine smell like mold?! Did anyone else experience this? Is that why they do these massdrop deals so that they can get rid of their moldy and unwanted inventory?

Another quick update for you all. We've just received word that the group's order is currently being processed through customs and our freight provider is taking the necessary steps to have it back en route to our warehouse as soon as possible. We currently anticipate the shipment arriving in New Jersey by early next week where we'll be sure to prioritize it so packages are turned around immediately to you.

Another brief update. The vendor has informed us that the group's order was picked up late last week and is currently en route to our warehouse in New Jersey. Tracking information hasn't updated yet, but our team will be standing by ready to break down the shipment into the individual orders as soon as it comes in. As always, we will be sure to update you all along the way.

Another quick update for the group. We were just informed by our freight partner in China of a revised expected shipment pick-up date of July 2nd from Whillas and Gunn’s facility. This is the earliest pick up availability given the regional holidays as well as the seasonal shipping volume increase. Assuming no further delays from customs, we are budgeting transit time of no more than 7 days after it is picked up.
The order will arrive in a bulk shipment and our warehouse team is ready to break it down into individual packages and send them out to you as soon as it comes in.

Hello Massdrop, I had ordered this backpack a while back, and it didn't cross my mind that the orange wasn't what was displayed. I read the comments and learned that it was a defect. Is Massdrop (or the retailer) still replacing these backpacks?
