Another odd defect with mine is that the shoulder straps are stupid long - they dangle down to just above my knees and the bag isn't even tightened yet (I'm 5'9 for reference).
On a side note, it appears the bag comes with a side zipper - not sure how I feel about that just yet.
Have contacted support, am awaiting a reply.
