At home in almost any kind of weather, the WILD Outdoor Portlandia Cruiser combines a classic 1950s silhouette with modern fabric technology. It’s made of hollow-yarn flannel with a DWR surface treatment, or brushed denim with flannel lining and accents. Both styles are waterproof, windproof, and breathable with the soft, flexible hand of your favorite flannel shirt. To keep you warm, the jacket is lightly insulated with 88 grams of Polartec Alpha: an American-sourced, non-bulky knit insulation that doesn’t absorb water. Along with a pair of hand pockets, there are four large front pockets, a small chest tool pocket, and two interior pockets for all the day’s essentials.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of style (denim or plaid) and size (men’s S–XL).
Based in Portland, Oregon, WILD Outdoor finds inspiration in the Pacific Northwest landscape, where large urban parks are surrounded by mountains, beaches, and forests within an hour’s drive. The company’s motto then? “Mountain to bar”—good-looking apparel that’s casual but technical, and designed to work as well in the city as it does in the outdoors.
Please note that these are the actual garment dimensions and you should choose a size larger than your own exact measurements. As a general guide, this jacket fits smaller than Columbia Sportswear but larger than Arc’teryx.
