Still a very over priced item. Made in China. Very low dollar production cost for sure. YouTube reviews says the pillow cushions are lined with cardboard.
There are issues with stitching too.
I almost pulled the trigger on this lol. But no for me.

I don't have any recommendations. I almost pulled the trigger on this because of the price discount. It does have better appeal than the rest.
I just feel it looks premium purely from its appearance. But quality wise it is lacking.
It is cheaper than Amazon. Well, that's drop for you. But personally, to me it still ain't worth that.
I'm using this. Bought it for $42.99 CDN.
I reckon, it would last longer than the fake leather.

jpaolopIts a mid-tier watchbox, at a mid-tier price. Everything at this price point is going to be made in China or similar. It's why they are so cheap.
You'll be spending considerably more if you want a luxury watchbox (and oddly it probably won't have a glass panel, they're generally more discreet). If you're on a tight budget Rapport do a very nice laquered cedar one for $500. If you enjoy the prestige aspect Hermes Facettes you can pickup for $2k but it'll only hold two watches on pillows, you can fit a pillow-bar or watch roll in the front section though.
Although at the Hermes price i'd be inclined just to have a bespoke one made to my specifications if i were you.

I thought this was a preorder item? Looks like they are already out of some stock. Is there limited stock for each? Massdrop is not clear on this.

Sbunnyeven pre-orders have limits. The manufacturer doesn't have infinite capacity to produce an infinite amount of items in the time frame.

What is the height measurement with the drawer? It appears the dimensions list only the height without the drawer.

Just occurred to me (after this closed unfortunately) that the 15 slot box would also serve as a great storage/display option for my iem collection (now in a plastic Home Depot wall hung utility drawer/case). The pads can go to my other watch boxes to mix things up.

LunablueIt certainly appears that way, which is extremely disappointing, as I was away for the holidays and had planned on ordering once I returned home. How can they be sold out if orders are only submitted to the vendor after the product run has ended??? Oh well, on to Amazon it is then....
