mrDMYou'll be lucky to get a response from Drop. Basically, for the discount, you don't get a warranty and Drop will not help you at all if you have any issues.
However, if it helps, I've had no issues with my two Wolf winders that I picked up here and, if you do have issues, you may be have better luck contacting Wolf directly for assistance - apparently some Users' here have commented that they contacted Wolf directly and their customer service is very good.

How quiet is your Wolf winder? Can it sit at the desk where you work?

LWNYCThe Wolf winders I have are on a dresser in my bedroom and all have glass closures in the front so they are extremely quiet. I'm fairly sensitive to repetitive sounds when I'm trying to sleep so I was also concerned about noise level as well but there is zero concern. I have to lean in closely to actually hear the slight sound from the motor. My Barrington winder is open in the front and is likely the most noisy but even that doesn't bother me.
As usual, YMMV but, unless you're really sensitive to low-level sounds, they are extremely quiet and should not be an issue.
