For those who have the WA7, do you wish or even regret not getting the WA7d? I'm still a little torn if I need/want it. The only time I "think" I might use toslink is when gaming but I would run it through a X7 or mixamp first. As far as computer speakers, I have the KEF X300a, so I don't need the power from the WA7 to drive them. Thoughts?

if you don't need it you save $100+. hint, if you are questioning whether you need it, you don't need it.

Yea... good call. I'll take that money and spend it on some tubes or something.

I think the biggest factor should be whether you plan to use the Woo's DAC for a long time or not. I got the WA7 before the WA7d came out, and I don't regret it. I used the Woo's DAC as my DAC for over a year, so having a DAC output was more useful than a TOSLINK in for me personally. I've since upgraded my DAC, so at this point, it doesn't really matter.
