I received the wrong ones :'( I ordered the black ones with the inline microphone and got the plain red ones without the inline microphone
To me was the other way arround ... Just sad
Where are you from maybe we can trade, because I dont think massdrop has any kind of support.
I contacted Massdrop support already. No inline mic. options left in stock at the Massdrop warehouse. They offered me a refund instead.
How have you contacted them ? I used the form from my account/transactions
In the transactions page you can select 'contact support' on your individual transactions
Yes, its how I contacted them as well, still no answer tho...
They responded to me within 24 hours :/
And will you accept the refund ?
I would be up for a trade since the online mic version is out of stock, dependind on how far of each other we are ofc
