I received a 10" stacker instead of a 2.5" roll. MD wants me to pay to return their mistake. Or I can keep it and take a $15.00 credit. I paid $36.00 for this and I can not use it!

The last communication you had with our Customer Support team shows you asked the question about paid postage with no response. I flagged this to the team to respond back to your question but do you mind sharing where you read that you have to pay for shipping?
