Already have an Agena but I want another couple as they're so comfy and so warm. Perfect for when I'm at work and also when I do get to go hiking!

Avoid their products. While it is comfortable, I have used this like three times and it already has a hole. Their customer service website 404s (http://www.woolpro.cc/customer-service).

Again, as I said earlier, that link is broken. If go to the site and click on "Customer Service", it seems to work. I'll email CS@WOOLPRO.CC as it says on the site (no clue why you couldn't have said that here).
Regarding care instructions, I have plenty of merino wool products that don't have holes in them after using them three times. Do you have care instructions on your website?

I have a question each on sizing and returns.
Based on the sizing chart provided, I would be ordering XL which is what my current measurements point to.
However, having read the discussion from the bottom up, I see that some people report the fit as being tighter while others report it being too baggy so I am not sure what to think.
Anyone have experience with XL ?
Your Juno shirt dropped previously was listed as a Final Sale but this one is not.
I am taking that to assume that returns are OK on this item and will be accepted for size issues ?

All purchases on Massdrop are always Final Sales and it's stated in the shipping terms at the bottom of the main page, just below the Specs (see screenshot below). We used to highlight this specifically in apparel drops as there is always a question of fit when buying online. That is one reason we make such great efforts with our product info, photos and community input - to help you buy online when you can't try it on in person. Thanks for asking!

Your reply seems to indicate you think its a design flaw.
It isnt, although I CAN see those errors too but thats not what I was talking about.
What I was referring to is much more basic and makes your site practically inaccessible.
Below, I have attached two images showing what trying to hit your site looks like in both browsers previously mentioned.
Again, I have worked around this, this is just an FYI.

Individual shipments are being prepared now! Our warehouse team received the group's bulk order earlier and have already broken everything down into the individual packages. As soon as your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.
