I didn't. notice the software used to configure the keyboard mentioned in the description. Is it QMK?

The Nomad E is using a proprietary firmware, and can be customised using our tool Input.

Nomad E use Gateron low profile switches, and you can use any kind of those low profile on our keyboard.

How is the plate mounted? Does it come stock with any foam?

Is screwed together with the pcb and have poron layer in between (other than also a thick poron layer between the pcb and the bottom housing)

The description states that Bluetooth supported, and also states that a wireless dongle is included. Is the dongle needed to use Bluetooth?

Dongle is for 2.4G wireless, it will work with Bluetooth without the dongle
