Really disappointed in the quality. Like MEvans01, I ordered the blue bracelet and am very disappointed that it is just shy of black. The only way I know it is supposed to be blue is that the underside is blue. It is also of inferior quality to the prior vendor, as I'd ordered two of those bracelets before and they were amazing. The closure is weak on this one as well. I've emailed CS and hope they make it right.

danaofunwindI FINALLY got a reply from CS, and they want pictures of everything... invoice, bracelet, any stickers on the bracelet packaging... guess I'll send tonight because I'm at work. I get the feeling I'll get the 'handmade item, allow for variations' line.
