I received mine last Thursday (7-13) the clasp has already fallen off. Only wore it three times. So disappointed. I rarely use Massdrop and this sure won't encourage me to continue. I am not sure who to contact or how.

SandyLucasThanks, I have done that. I thought from reading other comments there was a way to contact the manufacturer directly.
