i payed 30 + 30 for customs for this piece of S*** which is not working at all. I followed the steps that i got from kbrepublic after gotten a link here, how much effort is it to put a manual here... im very sad about this. How can i return it so i can get back my money ? I do not want a replacement cause customs will charge me 30 for it ...

doubleotwo100% for custom clearance? Where the hell do you live? Also, you definitely should not pay again for a replacement package. You have to just prove it is a replacement, repair return, etc. A copy of corresponding previous communication is usually considered to be a sufficient evidence.

schwartzasherThat makes an even bigger difference than can be initially seen. The price of $16 is well inside the tax-free limit, so it is, e.g. $60 (30+30) vs. $16 for a European customer. Not to mention that sellers at AE will write whatever price you want on the shipping label.
