A miracle just happened, lol. Back in September I went on their site and messaged them my issue using the “Contact us” option. A couple of weeks later someone emailed me asking for details. Long story short, after a few back and forth emails, they shipped me a replacement on September 22nd. Must be the longest shipment ever, I just got it today, Nov 17, but I guess with COVID-19, everything is possible. I do appreciate the person who contacted me, a gentleman by the name Wei, very courteous and professional, took ownership of my problem, and stayed in contact with me until the end. He restored my faith in the company.

fixed it, but there is a trick, you need to use the original connector just solder new cables on it I can make a post on how to fix it where I get into into it more, with photos of steps that I took
