You will never ever get a support on it, trust me
Second that! The cable broke on mine (internal, nothing visible, on the outside still looks brand new) two months to the day I received it, and even after rarely using it. Requested support on their website, never heard back. Never will I buy another Xduoo product.
It looks so good that I was thinking about it (stupid). Nothing changed with XDUOO, good to know
A miracle just happened, lol. Back in September I went on their site and messaged them my issue using the “Contact us” option. A couple of weeks later someone emailed me asking for details. Long story short, after a few back and forth emails, they shipped me a replacement on September 22nd. Must be the longest shipment ever, I just got it today, Nov 17, but I guess with COVID-19, everything is possible. I do appreciate the person who contacted me, a gentleman by the name Wei, very courteous and professional, took ownership of my problem, and stayed in contact with me until the end. He restored my faith in the company.
