I'm thinking of maybe this or the Shiit Fulla 2, does anybody care to give and opinion as to which would have the better sound quality ?

YeeyohI think it's largely going to depend on what type of headphones you are driving with them. The Fulla 2 only will do 360 mW into 32 ohm while the TA-01 will do 2100 mW into 32 ohm. But I imagine that the TA-01 has a higher output impedance (although I can't find this spec listed anywhere on the internet). So if you are using them with IEMs or mobile-aimed headphones (low ohms, easy to drive) the Fulla 2 would probably sound better, but if you are using planars (low ohms, hard to drive) or high end dynamic driver headphones (high ohms, hard to drive) the TA-01 would probably sound superior. I don't own either (though I'm going to order this TA-01) so I can't be help than that.
However, I do own a first generation Magni and I can say it's quite bright and a little thin on the bass despite being very powerful (~1200 mW into 32 ohm). So if this is Schiit's house sound (I head the Jotunheim is a little on the bright side, too) then it can be assumed the Fulla 2 will be on the bright side (I think this is what Z-Reviews said about this amp). I know it's not the exact information you were looking for but I hope this helps you make a decision. :)

PolygonBronson  Thanks for the info, I personally am still not sure.  I would however choose a little brightness over something that is bass heavy. Also most of my headphones are pretty easy to drive. Thanks again.

YeeyohGo for the Fulla. I tried contacting the x-duoo support a couple of times and they just don't care. I ended up canceling the order and went for the jotunheim....and I am proud I did :D
