Is the ta 03s powerful enough for Sennheiser hd6xx ? The zeus review of ta 03s says it is weak for the Sennheiser 600 series.

It doth appear that 'tis only analog and USB inputs(?). Too bad, as it looks sweet but I require Toslink and Coax Digital . If I used my computer for listening it would be on my desk ASAP. Looks like a beautiful setup to me! Can any of you folks comment upon the new Schiit Modius being paired with a Valhalla 2? Can the units be stacked with the Valhalla2 atop the Modius or would that cook the lower level? Thanks in advance! I will keep my eye out here for a suitable DAC or DAC/AMP Combo with the inputs I require!

Will it be ok with 220V AC or do I need to find a current adapter? Will it drive He-4 and HD-6XX?

Thanks for the prompt answer, I'm looking for the warm sound of the tubes, and waiting's not a concern, the voltage matter is more of a problem.

You could always get a step down transformer.

Hey, does anyone here have any info reguarding the fuse? I received my unit today, hooked it up to power, and nothing happened. Using the USB-C and dac parts seem to work fine. The dac LED lights up. The power LED noes not. Looking into it I think my unit had a bad fuse. I'm on 220v power if that helps

It’s funny that a lot of faux “sales” (no money off) causes people to buy the product on a different site, always acknowledged in the thread below. Aggressive cart abandonment lol

you hate him so much.
Of course he does. I call him on his childish BS, then he gets all riled up spouting vulgarities until he reconsiders and edits his posts to remove all the crud that'd probably get him banned. When the majority of ones posts are in all caps and are repeating the same thing over and over again or attacking people who are calling the BS, one likely has significant problems that should be addressed professionally. I equate his actions to that of a toddler which hasn't had a nap and is flipping out and screaming at the world. It is a sad way to live life, surely.

Watch Zeos review: Xduoo TA-03s _(Z Review)_ Non-Hybrid and ... Weak 8,907 views •Mar 10, 2021
Ahhh yes, the video review where he treats an OTL amplifier like a hybrid, then craps all over it because it doesn't work like a hybrid or transformer coupled amp. Better yet is him deciding it was an amp for super low impedance IEM. Classic Z, that one. OTL means Output Transformerless, or no output transformer between the tubes and the headphones. This means you're stuck with the output impedance of the 6С19 tubes at ~130Ω dictating what cans you can use, and if you try and use headphones with a lower Ω, the amp will be a hot mess. This is pretty basic stuff, low Ω into high Ω load is good, high Ω into low Ω load is bad. Use something >=150Ω like an ATH-R70x, HD58x, HD6xx, HD8xx, T1, T1.2, DT-770-250, DT-880-250, DT-1770 Pro, or DT-1990 Pro, and the amp is potent and great sounding.

I have my DT880-600 connected to the TA-03s. I have different ear pads on them and they sound perfectly fine as well and plenty loud. I also ran my 1more quad driver iems and those have very low impedance. They sounded terrible with the TA-03s. Idk what made Z think that way. Perhaps he should tube roll because he was running it stock.
