Has anyone tried pairing this amp with a Nexus 6P? I basically need something that can help with the terrible bass extension/roll off when wearing my M50x or Brainwavz HM9. I have no problem with sub-bass when I use my computer's onboard audio.

BigYamaMy GF gave me her old iPhone 5S (oh my god never getting an iPhone with my own money), running VE Monk Plus's or my Senn. HD558, sub bass isn't quite there, there's plenty of headroom to get the headphones and earbuds louder (64 ohm buds and 50ohm headphones). Whenever I use the amp, it's not the cleanest thing ever but it does seem to give a bit extra umph down low. My source by nature is brighter than flat or mostly flat, the amp adds a hint of darkness, tones down the highs just a bit. It could just be your phones DAC/amp that is lacking, especially considering the vast majorities of computers have lower quality and lower powered DACs and amplifiers.
