BageroKind of "strange" question, because this drop is about the mk, the given keycaps are just something needed/given for not going barebone. But WASD and this one share the so called "standard" layout, no problems to exchange/use them, you just have to be aware to choose the appropriate size, 60%, tkl or fullsize according to your needs or add an extra set of keycaps.
Makami Thanks for your reply. I'm a newbie when it comes to mechanical keyboards and I've only owned a Corsair k70 mk but I fell in love with the bamboo version of this keyboard and had to order it! Then I fell in love with some typewriter style keys caps which I thought would look nice on this keyboard.
BageroYou're welcome and have a lot of fun with this wonderfull hobby.
If you're talking about the https://www.massdrop.com/buy/typewriter-abs-keycap-set they should fit regarding sizes, your question about comfortable for gaming i've no idea.
I would like to see some caps like that style, usual shape, not rounded and higher quality myself. Of course that would be a lot more pricey.
MakamiMy wallet will hate me! Yes I love those key caps and think they'll look good on this keyboard. Haha you found my question about gaming. Oh well we'll see if they look good or feel good on this keyboard see cause I'm ordering them too! Found those same key caps for way cheaper too on alibaba!
MakamiThere has been https://www.massdrop.com/buy/datamancer-typewriter-keys
They look higher quality but also rounded. How do you make typewriter style keycaps without making them round to look really ancient? Vintage keyboards and modern typewriters tend to have similar keycaps.
