Well I just pulled the trigger with one day left. I'm getting this to replace my current RX-V377. I recently purchased a SONY XBR65X900E for my first 4K TV and I'm having issues sending 4K HDR 60Hz from my apple TV 4k through the receiver. 4K 60Hz, and 4K HDR 30Hz both work fine. So I hope I made the right move in this purchase.
As a side note I'd love a recommendation on some speakers to run off of this receiver. I'm currently using the speakers included with the receiver in this set "YAMAHA YHT-4910U", but I plan to move those to the bedroom with my current receiver.

PookhaIf you‘re on a budget but still like quality, you can check the Polk Signature series or the Q Acoustics speakers, both are very good.
