I am very interested in buying the P18. As I leave in EU (Spain), all my power cables are terminated in Schuko plugs (standard in the EU) so, does anybody know if it is possible to receive the P18 with Schuko plugs or does it come with interchangeable plugs?
Cheers

victor_ccThe Yulong P18 has an IEC C14 inlet on it to feed it power and standard NEMA 5-15R outlets on the back. So if you were to get a Schuko to IEC C13 power cable, you could feed it power. I see that these are commonly available: http://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-P054-006-IEC-320-C13-SCHUKO/dp/B001IQNDPE
Of course since there's no power transformer internally to the device you can use it with 230V/50Hz mains power as is common in Spain. However, all of the devices you'd connect to it would need to be terminated in NEMA 5-15P or NEMA 5-15R plugs, or you'd need to use some sort of universal cable/adapter. Most audio equipment takes an IEC C14 inlet, so you can easily use standard IEC C13 to NEMA 5-15P cables which are commonly available everywhere while still using a Schuko plug to mains power.
Also any devices connected would also need to support being driven by 230V/50Hz mains power. I assume since you live in a location with such power that all devices you already own support this. Just something to be aware of that just because plug types change to those common in North America would not mean that North American devices intended for 125V/60Hz mains would work.
Hope this helps.
