reyonmanIt won't sadly... Just got today an email from Zeal. It seems they won't produce it anymore.

ArtCoreThat's too bad. Any recommendations for a similar PCB? Looking for traditional 60% layout, per key RGB, QMK and preferably USB-C

reyonmanI guess you also don't like hotswap like me? Then you have the same problem like me right now... There is nothing like this in this moment available. The only thing i could suggest you right now (but just with underglow on the pcb and the option of in switch LED) would be the DZ60 Rev.3 from KBDFans. But i guess you know that already. Wilba has also the WT PCB's but they are, if universal fitting, also without RGB per key on the PCB. It's anyways not a good moment right now because of Covid-19 to check i think. I would wait a month or so and see if something new appears. I let you know if i found something.

ArtCoreWas there any reason behind not making them any more? That's unfortunate because this was one of, if not the best 60% pcbs out there.

HPE1000My guess is that this PCB is kinda outdated. I think (hope) they will actually bring out a new version.

ArtCoreYeah I sure hope so. I haven't been focusing too heavily on keyboard developments in the past few years but I feel like this thing is still way more advanced than most of the 60% pcbs out today, having high quality RBG, USB C, VIA support, etc. It got everything right imo. The only real thing it is "missing" is hotswap which I have no interest in anyway and would hate if we ended up going that route for every PCB that comes out. I'm trying to see how concerned I should be because I have one of these in a Noxary X60 R as my daily board. It was the only PCB out there that fit in the case footprint wise and met my requirements so if my one dies I'm kinda SOL.

HPE1000Well this PCB is made by Wilba. So yeah quality is the best in my opinion. You can actually get other wilba PCB's just without RGB per key on the PCB. Well at least the universal fitting ones are like this from Wilba. All though they support in switch LED's (not a fan of) I started to appreciate not having RGB per key but instead having just a nice underglow (in case you have an acrylic or poly case) For me the most important factors are: -good designed and fabricated PCB -QMK and VIA (most important) -no swiss cheese PCB ( i like Tsangan layout on my 60% ) -underglow SMD and if it has RGB per key on the PCB even better. Now to your very beautiful Noxary X60 R. I thought to know that the PCB of the Nox is standard. Or? I mean it's a top mount and the mounting holes are on the plate right? And even the USB port was on the left like standard 60's or not?

ArtCoreAn acrylic/poly case with RGB underglow is the one thing ive always wanted to try, they just look amazing when lit up. But yeah, unfortunately the noxary PCB is far from a standard PCB in both the footprint (length/width) being slimmer than normal, just like the Zeal 60. Notice how there isnt even enough room to have the stabilizer holes fully surrounded by the PCB material on both. Additionally, the noxary PCB has an extended USB C port that goes out a few mm further than a standard port in order to be flush with the UCB C hole on the case. There are still a few issues when using the Zeal 60 in the X60 R case, but I was able to get around that problem by finding these USB C cables that have really long plugs, as well as taking a dremel to the inside of the case. Google USB C 10mm extended long tip and you will see them, they look kind of funny, but that was the only way I can make this setup work. That leaves me with the ultimate gaming keyboard in my eyes, if there is such a thing as a gaming keyboard. WKL so I never hit the windows key and have a larger control key for more comfort when crouching in games, RGB backlighting so I can see the keyboard better in the dark, remapping of course, and the Z60 R has just about the lowest front edge to any custom keyboard out there which makes it a lot more comfortable for gaming especially when paired with DSA keycaps.

HPE1000Damn...thats so sad to hear.I really thought it would be standard. Did you check r/mechmarket to see if someone has an extra PCB? You can try this also for the Zeal60 all though...aftermarket prices! Or maybe even a scuffed one. I don't think there is such thing as THE gaming keyboard or THE perfect keybaord for everyone, because at the end it is a question of taste and preference. I think we should wait till some new stuff comes out this year. It's bad timing with all this Covid situation. I personally think i'll go with the Rama (Wilba) Thermal. Has even RGB per key. I really like the leaf spring top mount. And i really love the design a lot.
