The quality matches the price - low! Mine developed holes after just a few wears. I've thrown away half already! Socks usually last me a year or 2 so to have these develop holes so quickly was disappointing. I love the wild designs because I normally wear only black. For me, it was a walk on the wild side but at a price.

Any idea how tall these are on the leg? Bottom calf, mid-calf, etc.?

ZoeyyeoZVery low on the calf. However, if you have any calf muscles at all, these will not stay up as the diameter of the sock is small.

bob_the_builderAgreed, some brands do offer 2 sizes. Given how cheap these socks are, having more sizes would probably be too expensive to produce.

Just got my package in Tokyo. The socks are printed as 80% cotton, 18% polyester and 2% spandex.
May update again after wash it 2-3 times.

Be careful! the 'conservative cozies' are the most funky ones out there... I didn't check as I assumed the conservative socks were the argyle ones, and I was wrong :/ Now I've got argyle socks and I don't like argyle...
