This looks like a really well designed tent, little better than the solo trekking pole model that has gotten more attention. I think the best comparison is the fly creek/seedhouse, since it's a front entry, but similar to what Exped has done, Zerogram has taken a proven design and tweaked it a little with improvements. Big Agnes had some special edition seedhouse tents a couple times that included the cross pole like this one does. The fabric strips in the mesh are a smart idea to help with tensioning the side panels, plus the two vents. Good choice of a more durable 30d floor fabric as well. Bathtub edges could be a little higher since the fly edges are also somewhat high, but from the looks of it splashback shouldn't be much at all, if any. 83" is a bit short for tall people, considering a long bag is usually 84" but it looks like condensation in this should be really minimal if you get some at all. Probably would not want to "cook in a rain storm" with this model if you can possibly avoid that as the vestibule is pretty smallish in both dimensions to do so with the door closed. As for "ultralight", I think it's generally accepted that 2 pounds per person in shelter weight is pretty acceptable to still fit in an ultralight baseweight...that can certainly keep you pretty light although sure you can go much lighter these days. (small comment on mfr tent weights: the "packaged weight" advertised is usually much closer to what you will actually carry on the trail. The difference between it and "trail weight" is often really small these days anyway since almost nobody is selling their models packaged in boxes anymore, so piddly thinks like paper instructions, if included, and repair materials, etc. are nixed from the trail weight, and that usually doesn't include extra guy lines, may or may not include stakes depending on the manufacturer...so packaged weight is usually the safest bet in the end.) If I had not just bought a new Fly Creek 2 I would probably give this one a try. I'd like to see what it looks like in high humidity or after a rainy night, though.
