The vegetable cleaver has become one of our go to knives for almost every task in the kitchen. I love how sharp it came from the box, it holds an edge well, and it has great handling. The blade itself looks great, and the handle is smooth but still grippy.
I mostly use this for cutting vegetables and fruits. At times, I can also use this for meat especially when I’m chopping up a large cut of meat. Despite its size, it is very versatile and my go to knife in the kitchen. I very rarely use my chefs knife anymore and the look of it is also pleasing.
Sharp out of the box. But one thing bothers me - it shows an uneven 'white' layer on the blade after wash, seems like animal fat that you didnt clean well. Maybe there's any special way to get rid of the stain?
