Weight minute. Where are the needful specs?
1. Weight
2. Blade thickness
3. HRC
At least, you might want to say veg vs meat, if you feel the specs must remain clandestine.

Joined for the 5" santoku. Been looking a long time for a smaller santoku that wasn't cheap stamped steel or an overpriced Wusthof/Henckels. $30 shipped is about half the price I've seen elsewhere.
Now to play the waiting game... 😬
Update 2/7: Glad it finally shipped, but really 3 WEEKS to ship from Pennsylvania to Hawaii via Fedex? I've gotten shipments from China faster. And it's not any faster when I have to pay for shipping either.

jeremypcarrollHey @jeremypcarroll, still my favorite knife. No sign of rust at all even though it's been left in the sink a few times for a couple hours. I haven't had to sharpen it, just honed it every once in awhile, though I'm only cutting up soft things like fruits and vegetables. The irony is that my wife still prefers the cheap stamped santoku but I and my kids like this one. It is a beauty and perfectly functional at the same time.
