This product didn’t work at all for me, not even once from the day it arrived. It mounted perfectly on my sewing table but after trying all types of zippers I gave up. I watched the video multiple times and was only able to get one side of the zipper in properly, not both sides. I believe it’s defective, so I wrote a detailed note to the manufacturer and never heard back. If the manufacturer would like to send a replacement at no charge I’d gladly return this and give the replacement one more try. If not, that’s poor customer service and a waste of my money.
