HostisAll Zippo cases - with the exception of the sterling silver and solid gold models, are made of brass, which is then variously stamped, engraved, plated, emblems attached, etc.

I agree that the name Zippo hurts the look of the lighter. It would have been better without it. You guys are way over Branding these days.

The chameleon one would be awesome they hadn't put Zippo across the front. It really interferes with the flow of the pattern; we know it's a Zippo for fucks sake...

RegulithNope, the "Armor" series Zippos have a thicker actual case that is deeply cut/engraved. The multicut versions are particularly nice. They don't really show it in the pictures here, but they're engraved all around the case rather than just on the face.
