Regarding the 2nd shipment of Zippo Hand Warmers... we have not received these at our warehouse, so if your order has not shipped out yet, unfortunately it will not arrive by Christmas. We deeply apologize for this; we know a number of you were expecting these before Christmas. If you'd like to cancel/refund this order, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Just to add on to what Ash is saying, our initial order was 300 pairs, we ordered more as soon as we knew that we were going to go past that thresh hold, which is what I said in my previous post:
"Big update on Holiday shipping! We know this is the perfect gift for the holidays. So Zippo has put aside 300 x 2-packs for us, and those will ship in time for the holidays (Domestic). If more than 300 are ordered, Zippo and Massdrop will do our best to get them to you in time, but it will depend on Zippo's inventory levels which change drastically during the holiday season."
We placed the 2nd order and it's currently in transit to our fulfillment center. Anyone in the 300+ bubble will get there shipment at a later date.
The best way to check if your shipment is on the way is to see if there is tracking number in the transactions page. If you don't have one, you are in the 2nd batch.
I don't see this site succeeding. I know it'll be my last purchase. You really don't seem to grasp the significance of saying "Arrives before Dec 25th". The 2 sets I bought could have been in my hands from Amazon for a few bucks more. Now they'll sit in my closet until next Christmas.
Then you should have changed this in the description and removed the "Will arrive by Christmas." in the banner to reflect this. Is everyone supposed to have read all the comments in the discussion before buying any product?
