The most disappointing part? As the 279th member to join the drop, I should have been in the first 300 to receive my order. The way you guys work is frustrating and shows little forethought for customers.

fauxhee@fauxhee I agree with this. Lock the drops or remove the banner after you've received as many people joined as you have purchased in the batch. I really like the idea of this company, but this really wasn't cool. Wanted to support this company. Could have paid ~$2-$3 more to have them within two days (from Amazon) instead of waiting over a week and not having it for Christmas. Props for doing refunds, but it doesn't really completely mitigate me not having a present on-hand for my girlfriend this Christmas.
