A Functional Lighter, Not So Iridescent
I bought the iridescent color shell. Inside, it's the same as any other zippo lighter. I would call the iridescent effect very weak, if you didn't know it was supposed to be iridescent you would call it purple with green specks. If you're looking for a true iridescent effect this won't be it.

sdanielsI mean, it looks more purple from one angle and has the teal hue from the other with a nice shimmer as it moves (I bought the same one).... It's nothing sensational from a design standpoint, but I think it's a cool enough effect if you aren't looking for something super specific.

theSaltiestIf you're like me and buying this just for a cool iridescent effect, it does matter that much. I just don't think the effect is cool enough, if I had saw the effect before I bought it I would have not bought the product.

sdanielsSorry if my comment sounded snide (just updated it to sound nicer haha)... obviously "eye of the beholder" is in effect here, and I didn't intend to discredit your review or anything. I just meant to clarify for other shoppers.
Bottom line, avoid this if you are in it purely for strong iridescence! Still a cool Zippo if you don't have strong feelings about it :)

theSaltiestYeah sorry if I sounded rude in my response. I only really cared about the iridescent effect and it's still a good zippo lighter.
