Uses Costar Stabilizers, Not Cherry
The keyboard looks OK and works with QMK, which is a huge plus. The main problem with this keyboard is that it uses Costar stablizers, which are awful. The photos showed cutouts for Cherry plate mount stabs, but the actual keyboard only works with Costar.

It was great until it died on me.
The keyboard almost lasted an entire year. It worked perfectly fine in the morning and then it just stopped working. I tried a different usb port, another cable, another computer and re-flashing it. Nothing worked.

Hardware is great, documentation could have been better. QMK to the rescue!
I ordered the DIY kit and was very happy with the state the components arrived in. There was a small scrape on the PCB itself but it didn't affect the functionality so there was no issue there. Assembly was straightforward and the board looks great (I got mine in all black). The only downside was the poor quality of the documentation that I only found after looking through discussions on the Drop page. Fortunately the board now has QMK support merged but I'd like better documentation up front next time rather than relying on the community to build support.

Overall, probably my favorite 68 key model thus far
It's amazing what a difference the aluminum base makes over a plastic one. I have 2 other 68 key keyboards, each with the same switches and similar caps. This keyboard just has a much sturdier feel, making the other feel a bit...cheap...by comparison.

Excellent quality ! Beautiful ! It was my first mech keyboard and I should say that it was really easy to assemble it and configure it (with youtube and the help of the community). QMK is a really great firmware. Thanks a lot !

I mean, it looks nice, but it doesn't work. After following the programming guide (which I had to ask Massdrop Support for, because nothing was provided by the manufacturer) and flashing the keyboard, nothing works now. There's a distinct lack of support around this product, you can't find anything online about it. We don't even know who manufactured it. Update: Now that the community has figured out how to make it work, I've increased my review from 1 to 4 stars. It's a fine keyboard but don't recommend diving in with a kit if you're inexperienced.

TheDofflinCan you link a community guide? I remember the fiasco when we first got ours sent out. I really like the board but I've kept it stock so I don't blow up any use. Edit: looks like it was loaded up to the qmk editor. Disregard!
