We are working on a suede type material for the Ori and Eikon pads as well as some other things. Will update as we progress.
The Ori lambskin would be my choice on the Emu and the Eikon on the 1060. I'll let others fill in the rest!

What will the suede be like in terms of sound and feel? What's the ETA on that?

I wouldn't recommend the ursine adapters. The lip isn't very deep. I tried wrapping the ear pad over the entire adapter and the magnets weren't strong enough. It did help with pad rolling but I went with adhisive. If you need adhesive, I found a cheap three sheet pack on amazon.

Can't wait for the suede pads! I bought the brown audeze and didn't like the color once I had them in my hands.
First the 1060s: 1. With all the rage for Audeze vegan and the difficulty and expense of finding them, are the Eikon protein leather comparable? Or should I just scour the web and fork out for the Audeze pads? 2. Should I get magnetic plastic rings from Ursine to facilitate pad-rolling? 3. Any others mods recommended when I take the stock pads off? Where's a good source to read about mods? I have seen DMS YouTube video.
E-mu teaks: 1. Ori or Eikon? General 1. Sheepskin or synthetic? 2. Which of my above headphones would benefit most from a pad change?
