I wonder how long this would keep ice cream as ice cream? The statistics they give aren't relevant.
I'd love to be the guy with ice cream to share on top of the mountain

EZ_livingI own this product and wouldn't recommend it for that.
There are 4 containers in this. The top two are non insulated. The bottom two would be what you would keep the ice cream in. However, while the sides/bottom are insulated well by the main body, the top insulation is from the plastic food container. It's fine for keeping some cool or warm, but not for keeping something hot or frozen, in my experience.
I think you would end up with a soupy mess fairly quickly.
