elimelendezLet me make sure that I understand what you're saying. The vendor doesn't anticipate receiving all of the product until sometime around November 2nd, correct? Does the vendor have an anticipated turn around from receiving the remaining product to shipping the order out to you? How long does Massdrop anticipate it will take from the vendor shipping to Massdrop to ship to the customers?

elimelendezWhy did this change from "they will ship the individual orders to you" to now shipping to you guys and then shipping to us? This is the first Massdrop I decided to back, and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed about the delay and change in plan. I know you guys don't have control over everything and I'm trying to be patient, but I feel pretty deceived by the original estimated ship date.

Ive had things take over a month.... generally Im ok with a month.... I have one item I purchases Sept 22, and estimated delivery is NOV 4th......
I wish massdrop would provide the TYPE of shipping being used when they provide the calculated shipping cost.
(would be a nice way to give us a way to know)
Some items are shipped priority, and others shipped via slowest method possible. (I live in HI, so the shipping alone can take a month or more, when shipped slowest method) and I cannot figure it out, because the shipping costs is always about the same....
Ive started using Massdrop as a place to window shop, then compare prices, assume they will ship the item slowest method, make a purchase decision, and be super happy when they ship it express. :-)
