Is the space between the walls empty? I saw some glasses with water between the walls so that we can freeze them before serving to keep the beverages cool.
RayF A friend of mine had mugs with water between the layers. I know physics but I think they made the walls thick enough. Nothing cracked when he froze the mugs. That was really cool to have freezing mugs in summer days :)
RayFHmm... you make me think again... it was 6 years ago at the friend's cottage, but I swear my memory tells me it was glass... at least it felt like.
kstokleyCan you please add 12 oz coffee mugs (or larger than 12 oz) to this buy?
Can you please verify that these items (wine glasses, tumblers, etc) can be washed in the dish washer? I purchased a set of 4 from a well known (expensive) kitchen company. I have smaller coffee mugs that appear to me, to be probably from this same manufacturer, or at least very similar. On that website, all of their items were to be HAND WASHED, because they said that the (not glass / not plastic) would end up getting a scratchy film on them, after multiple machine washings. I did machine wash a couple of the mugs a few times, just to see if their website was correct, but stopped that and have fallen back to hand washing, because I like the looks of the mugs so well.
I would buy a ton of mugs if they are 12 or more (from you). The company that I bought my "12 oz mugs" from doesn't know what 12 ounces means, because they hold less than 1 cup of coffee (8 ounces). They are cute, but I would buy a ton more larger mugs that can be machine washed, if I could find them.
Thank you for listening to me.

brenda52411I think this is the drop you are looking for. https://www.massdrop.com/buy/zwilling-sorrento-plus-double-wall-mugs The coffee mugs are 12oz, but I think the Cappuccino or Latte mugs may be better for you at 15oz.
Check back after 6/9 ;)
Also, if you hit request on the mug sets drop, you will receive a notification when it comes back to the site.
RayFMy folks had some that appeared to be glass (felt like glass) that they could freeze. I'm sure they were not made out of glass, otherwise I would thought they would have frozen and broken, but they did have some. I just got rid of them a couple years ago, when I cleaned out Mother's condo. Check at Goodwills. That's what I did with hers, but now I wish I had them back.
