Hi everybody! From unseasonably warm but rainy southern Sweden.I have been looking at this pen for a while and I am delighted that you guys made it possible to gain such a good price.Do any of you have any experience with the more expensive Franklin Christoph American fountain pens or the English Onoto pens? Im really worried. They usually have decent-fish deals here.
I enjoy them. They are not like Rhodia or Clairefontaine. They are not shiny or slick to the touch. Rather instead functional, almost utilitarian in nature. They are offered by F-C described as notebooks and yet they are A5, which is journal size. My experience is they are not toothy at all. the paper is not pulp which would give a toothy effect. They are easy to write on and the unique page corners, coupled with perhaps, whatever shadowing...
