how to customize the LEDs of the black speech lord of the rings keyboard
Hello, this is my first ever keyboard I've had like this, all previous have had LED settings and colors very built in, so I'm extremely confused on how to change the LEDs, the color and maybe lighting pattern of this keyboard... I've seen that there are some tutorials for different drop keyboards, but this one specifically is a ENTR keyboard I think, and I have not been able to find any tutorial for that.
I love the keyboard I think its awesome, I just need some help to figure out how to customize the LEDs. Thanks

Warehouse Inventory Count
Hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick notice about the inventory count that is going on right now at our warehouse. They have stopped shipping and receiving products for a couple of days while they complete a full count and verification of their inventory.
This means that any new orders placed today will not ship until the count is completed, plus any time needed for them to clear the backlog/queue that accumulates before a given order is placed. We expect the count to wrap up in the next couple of days, and for the backlog to be worked through by the end of this week. That would put us back at normal processing/delivery times by the end of this week (2023-08-04), if everything goes as planned.
Additionally, this adjusted delivery estimate has already been baked into the estimated delivery dates listed on product pages, so you can reference those for any particular item as well.
We'll continue to update as and if anything changes, and of course you can leave any...

What happened to the anniversary sale?
Talking about the Drop Anniversary sale, not the Prime Day related sale.
It was supposed to run until the 25th, according to the note on the affected product pages, but now everything I was holding off on is back to full price.
Why did this sale end 10 days early?

Please, I beg of you: let us choose WEEKLY email frequency!
I'm not holding my breath, since I can see many posts pleading for this dating all the way back to 2016... but Drop seriously needs a weekly option for the "new products" emails.
Virtually every other ecommerce site that defaults to sending incessant daily emails offers the ability for subscribers to only get one(ish) email a week. Why? Because they'd much rather only send one email a week than have subscribers get fed up and unsubscribe altogether, which is where I'm finally at.
Drop employees — is this something you'd ever consider?

Drop Alt some leds different colour
So all of a sudden when i turned my computer on, some of the leds on my keyboard were a greenish colour, I have reflashed with original firmware, I have tried resetting it. Nothing is working. The picture doesnt show it too well. It is the same on the other side.

Should I contact drop?
I avoided the drop mystery box before because they had the infinity war keycaps in them and I bought a box from the most recent run because the infinity war keycaps were out of stock. From the description of the box it says in stock items so thought I was safe. Box arrived today and I ended up with infinity war keycaps anyways. Massively disappointed. Is there someone I should contact about it?

First Budget Build Keyboard
Hello all! Keyboard newbie here and itching to do my first budget build! I've watched a lot of YT videos and here's what I've came up with:
Keycaps: IDOBAO MA Blue Cat PBT Dye-Subbed
Keyboard: Flesports MK870 Barebones TKL in white
Switches: Gateron KS-3 Milky Yellow Pro Linear
I fell in love with the blue and purple keycaps and thought a white TKL board would make it look nice. The switches are what I've gone back and forth on. Being my first build, I was hoping to get some good linear, factory-lubed switches, but I'm open to learning to lube. I'm all about that THOCK so the thockier the better!
Thoughts? I'm open to suggestions! Thank you in advance! :)

Drop Alt: Is it possible to relocate the Fn key?
I've reprogrammed the CapsLock key on my Drop Alt to be Ctrl with the QMK configurator, which left the actual Ctrl key free. I would like that to be Fn instead because I find it easier that way to access the F<number> keys. Is it possible to reprogramme the move Fn -> Ctrl with QMK?

Why does the sense75 Keyboard Configurator not handle many things as well as previous the online configurator?
I've now had both a drop ctrl and the sense75 and am confused, the software to configure my sense seems incomplete. I have to reload firmware every time i want to make a change, no per key lighting control, and the preset color profiles that involve multiple colors only give control of one of the options if it changes anything at all. What's confusing to me is that the online configurator for the ctrl, alt and shift had all this and worked fine even if getting the config on your keyboard was more difficult. so when your marketing for the Sense said "No existing platform fit the bill, so we developed one—and it works" I expected a step forward from what you already had not back. Are there any plans to improve this, am I an idiot and just missing an update I need some help here.

Request S.M.S.L D300 for beautiful analog like desktop DAC
How do you request a product on drop? I’ve only seen ways to vote on products already listed. I had voted for the SMSL SU-9 that just got announced but I’ve been wanting the D-300 as it has the better ROHM chip and have been reviewed to be much more enjoyable to listen to more similar to an analog sound. This is the one I’m interested in! Would love to see the SMSL D300 on here.

Be very aware of drop shipping to the wrong address
I ordered from drop on April 16th 2023, package was shipped on the 18th. It was delivered to the wrong address on the 23rd. It's a minor mistake in the address, it should be avenue, not place. Drop support has done nothing but argue with me when trying to sort this out. They instructed me to go to the address it was delivered to and retrieve the package. They also recommended calling the courier. Contacting the courier did nothing. They told me to contact drop. Drop support has also not been consistent in stating if the address I entered when I ordered was right or wrong, they've gone back and forth with me on this. Does it really matter whose fault it is? Sort it out.
Drop refuses to issue me a refund. I have now disputed this with my credit card company.
Even after submitting several requests regarding this - I simply get copy and paste answers. Or someone that is argumentative.
I will never purchase anything from this site again. What a joke.

PC38X can't hear my friends' audio on Discord
I plugged my PC38X's mic and audio jack to my motherboard, but I'm still having trouble hearing my friends on Discord. It sounds awesome everywhere else, but my friend's audio can hardly be heard. I also tried setting my friends' audio to 200% volume in the Discord interface, still the same. Even after that, I messed around with the general volume settings of my computer for the particular audio device. Putting the COD volume to 10-15% and Discord to 100%. Still can barely hear my friends' voices on it. But 0 issues with my Arctis 7 so I'm not exactly sure how to go about this, any suggestions?
