Do products in the same order ship together if they have different shipping estimates?
I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?
Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation. Anyone know if this place will ever revert to those times or if there are any other sites that might be doing what this site stopped doing?

Quick reminder that these preorder updates will include the majority of in-progress Studio products, as well as requested non-Studio products. I will try to share updates consistently on Monday or Tuesday of each week with the current status.

Anybody know how much we have to pay in Europe when buying stuff from Drop?
I'd like to buy the Sennheiser 6xx but I have no idea how much is going to be after adding delivery and custom fees. Does anyone know? I live in Spain.
The prices here in the UK when compared to the US is insane. Yet, I understand why this is something which is needed by massdrop to keep sending things over. But I ask any ways, can there be a UK based Massdrop. So that I don't have to pay ridiculous prices to ship it over.

Extra DAYS added to delivery,(when it had to come through my town to be handed over to the USPS), Extra RISK of damage to packages.
Let's face it, there's extra hurling about of packages by people who could not give a RATS ASS about my gear, hurling around by postal guys who HATE that added packages were loaded onto their route.....

Which is a MINUS, in my book.

why is it that SOME Massdrop deliveries ARE Fedex, while others have this added postal link in the resource/carbon spewing chain?

USB-C Port glitchy AF on my Drop SHIFT, arrrrgh help
As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)
I’ve been going back and forth with Massdrop support regarding a lifetime warranty on a knife purchase I made several years ago. They explained that because they have no more inventory and no longer support the edc community that the warranty can’t be honored and a $20 credit would be issued to my account. I requested more compensation given that the knife was over $90; but they elected to close the ticket and not respond to future inquiries.
I've offered a multitude of options for resolution including covering the cost of repair at a local knife shop, a refund, or more in store credit but they opted to not comment and stop responding.
Maybe I expected too much, but I’m disgusted by their handling of the request and how little they care about their customers. A major reason I purchased the product originally was for the lifetime warranty and it's sickening to now have an expensive paper weight. I won’t be shopping there in the future and can’t suggest anyone else to either.

There’s a common misconception that International shipping at Drop is “slow and awful”. We want to take a moment to provide some details (and data!) about how International E-commerce shipping works, and what the experience looks like from end to end.
Expectations
When people think about courier services delivering packages, they typically think of a Fedex (or UPS, or DHL) truck picking up the box, putting it on a Fedex truck, flying to another country, putting it on another Fedex truck, and then finally delivering it to your doorstep. This is known as end-to-end delivery, and it’s an amazing and incredible service that is extremely expensive.
For example, a 20x30x15cm box that weighs 1.5 kg (this is the typical metric dimensions of a headphone or keyboard shipment) going from NY, USA to London, UK costs $240 for 5-day end-to-end service via Fedex. How does one get the '$10 welcome gift' offer to work?
I recently found this amazing website and getting triggered for a pair of HD58X didn't take long. In my signup confirmation mail there is a $10 off-offer for Studio products, valid for 7 days and for items > $50, which my order applies for in my eyes.
I am on day 6 now and the help desk didn't reply to my email yet, when I asked why none of the prices changed when I used the coupon link in the email? I accidentally even placed an order for the unreduced $170 HD58X and was happy to see I could recall it momentarilly.
