Do products in the same order ship together if they have different shipping estimates?
I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?
Recently I ordered a switch tester, and the switches were out of order with no guide in the box as to which were which, so the product was effectively a paperweight as soon as I got it. This November, my boyfriend ordered a set of key caps (after the preorder period) and they didn't arrive until today. When he opened the box, they were a completely different set of caps. Not sure what's going on over there but I don't plan on ordering anything else from here.
Dante: Please introduce a new circle of hell for web designers!
Do modern web designers do ANY usability testing? Today I received an email "It's not bragging if it's true" soliciting pictures of a recent purchase (Planck Mechanical Keyboard Kit V6). This leads to a "pictures" section of the product page which surprisingly was empty. So I uploaded a couple of pictures. It prompted me to type a caption which I did. The pictures are published without the caption (even when clicked on to view full size) and with a procrustic truncation over which I get no control (that I can find). This is pointless and makes me look stupid, so I want to delete them, but I cannot find any way to do that either!
The cable on my HD6xxs started to malfunction and after contacting support I was explicitly promised a new unit free of charge but instead was issued a refund. When I asked for the original agreement to be honored I was told there is nothing they were willing to do and: "Feel free to place a new order for the headphones if you wish though." After a few more emails I was given a $20 credit and conceded to "[feeling] free to place a new order" but because of current exchange rates and duty I had to pay an additional $65 or so. They refuse to reimburse me. Very unlikely I will be ordering from here again.
Hey everyone, I’m coming back after helping others and moving to a NEW HOUSE (my first!). I would love to crowdsource some suggestions for designing my home office and video studio.
First of all, the room is small to medium sized, a 12.5 foot by 9 foot rectangle, with a window on one of the short sides.
I was thinking of using the other short side (opposite of the window) as a video backdrop. I don’t typically like cheesy green/blue screen backdrops, and since I’m not casting video games I don’t think I’ll need a permanent option to make the background transparent. However, I do have this nice brick 🧱/barn house red paint that I really liked on an accent wall in the living room. It would kind of subdue the background, me and all the headphone products I would hold or put on shelves would stand out against the dark wall. I’ve noticed that if I shine a typical soft white light at the wall it makes a nice golden halo that could look great behind me or a product being showcased...
Hi,
Just thought I would make a note here of your handling of my issues. I ordered a pair of HD6xx headphones and then earlier today recieved the package.
I drive to go and get it, as I like in the UK I had to pay import tax and handling fees. These total £47.92. The breakdown being £35.92 in tax and £12 in fees. These taxes were calculated of the shipping label of the box, which marked the shipment as the 6xx headphones of $199 value.
Before leaving the parcel depot, I open the box to find a $35 lord of the rings mousepad. So now the problem is not only do I not have the headphones, but you have marked the shipment wrong so I have paid £47.92 fees for the handling of the mousepad. Which would have acrued £0 of fees if marked correctly as it is under £135. I go back to the desk but as I have already paid the fees I am unable to reject the shipment, but as the box said 6xx, there was no way for me to know before opening it.
I contact support and they offer me a replacement...
HELP PLATE MOUNTED STABILIZERS WONT FIT CERAMIC CTRL HIGH KEYBOARD. FIRST TIME BUILDER
Hello I purchased a Drop Ceramic coated ctrl high case with Ever glide panda v3 plate mounted stabilizers and I tried to install them today and do my first keyboard build but it seems lik they dont fit. So i did some digging. and read a post on the reviews with someone saying no drop plated mount stabilizers work but when I looked at the stabilizers included in the Drop paragon snowboard series where they made the ceramic coated case and sold it to the public. in the specs it says its running the drop phantom stabilizers. so im wondering if drop was able to fit those in what is wrong with my everglide panda v3? should I get drop phantoms? Does anyone have experience with this case? or can get me in touch with someone from drop to ask how they fit the drop phantom stabilizers in there. pls help trying to finish my keyboard build without having to file down the case holdes
I sure wish I had known that Corsair owns and runs Drop before I signed up for membership. I wouldn't have given them any money because I'm avoiding Corsair.
I have an Alienware computer that I had to re -install Windows every day for several months because it was Corsairs lighting and accessories drivers that were ruining the computer. The tech at Dell told me that was the problem and said not to install it. I was very surprised that was the issue. It was so frustrating and stopped me from doing any work at all on my computer for about half a year. The crap drivers didn't brick the machine right away, it would happen randomly. So I'd reinstall Windows and then cautiously try to set up as little as possible, and still having it brick almost every day. Dell gave me a free monitor because I complained so much trying to figure out what the problem was.
Back in the day, these stupid companies used to just give the drivers for a mouse separately. Now they try to force users to run an...
Happy Holidays, everyone! Hope all is going well out there. :)
Quick reminder that these preorder updates will include the majority of in-progress Studio products, as well as requested non-Studio products. I will try to share updates consistently on Monday or Tuesday of each week with the current status.
Please keep in mind that this process is highly manual and time consuming, so I won't be able to provide updates for literally everything off the bat. If you are interested in updates for a product that is not included here, please let me know and I will track it down and add it to the list. Likewise, there may be errors present, so again please just ask if something seems off and I will look into it.
And with that—the updates!

Assembly Steps:
1. Remove the 8 case screws with a phillips head screwdriver. (Note: If your keyboard already comes with stabilizers already pre-installed and you do not want to change your switch plate, you can safely skip to step 7.)
2. Remove the structural top case once all the case screws are removed.
3. Take out the keyboard plate and PCBA assembly together and flip them around. Remove the 6 screws connecting the assembly with a phillips head screwdriver.
4. The plate and PCBA assembly should now be separate, allowing you to add the PCBA stabilizers. You will need to make (4) 2u and (1) 6.25u stabilizers for the CSTM80. Please see image below on how to create stabilizer assemblies. (Note: Test the stabilizers and make sure the stems are freely moving up and down to ensure everything is installed correctly.)
5. Ensure IXPE foam is affixed properly on the PCBA with all holes aligned. Install the stabilizer assemblies onto...
I’ve been going back and forth with Massdrop support regarding a lifetime warranty on a knife purchase I made several years ago. They explained that because they have no more inventory and no longer support the edc community that the warranty can’t be honored and a $20 credit would be issued to my account. I requested more compensation given that the knife was over $90; but they elected to close the ticket and not respond to future inquiries.
I've offered a multitude of options for resolution including covering the cost of repair at a local knife shop, a refund, or more in store credit but they opted to not comment and stop responding.
Maybe I expected too much, but I’m disgusted by their handling of the request and how little they care about their customers. A major reason I purchased the product originally was for the lifetime warranty and it's sickening to now have an expensive paper weight. I won’t be shopping there in the future and can’t suggest anyone else to either.
I ordered the "Ready-to-Ship" EMU bamboo headphones on 11/13 (see Photo), with an estimated ship date of 11/18. This headphone listing is now in a preorder status, with an estimated ship date of February 14. It seems these headphones will not be shipped anytime soon, so I need this order canceled or substituted. I've contacted customer support four times, and all they have stated is "It can ship anytime" or "We will look into it."
I specifically ordered a ready-to-ship item because it is a gift. My kid's Bday is approaching, and I'll need to purchase something else. What do I need to do to cancel this order? I'm fine with substituting this order for the more expensive EMU Detachable headphone that lists "Ready-to-Ship" if it actually ships as listed. Please assist with this seemingly simple request.
Im not able to use my DKC discount when I apply the FREESHIPINTL code, because checkout page states my address is not valid for this code. But if I remove DKC discount everything is fine. Please fix this before the FREESHIPINTL expires!

Let’s talk about International E-Commerce Shipping!
There’s a common misconception that International shipping at Drop is “slow and awful”. We want to take a moment to provide some details (and data!) about how International E-commerce shipping works, and what the experience looks like from end to end.
Expectations
When people think about courier services delivering packages, they typically think of a Fedex (or UPS, or DHL) truck picking up the box, putting it on a Fedex truck, flying to another country, putting it on another Fedex truck, and then finally delivering it to your doorstep. This is known as end-to-end delivery, and it’s an amazing and incredible service that is extremely expensive.
For example, a 20x30x15cm box that weighs 1.5 kg (this is the typical metric dimensions of a headphone or keyboard shipment) going from NY, USA to London, UK costs $240 for 5-day end-to-end service via Fedex. That is the retail rate charged to a customer that walks into a Fedex depot. For large businesses that ship a lot, you can...
Work around for firmware/configuration update error "command not recognized"
I spent more than an hour attempting to update my Drop Shift keyboard. I'm not sure what has changed, but I was not able to do it entirely from the Drop website as I had previously done. I have most of the keys configured how I would like, but the default LED function was a very bright, distracting, rainbow wave going across the keyboard. Every time I turned the computer on I had to manually adjust the lights how I liked.
Using the online version or the locally installed app, you first have to install the QMK XAP interface. You then have to flash your already configured firmware file, which can be done on the Drop website. If you are logged in your last configuration is saved under your account and you can alter what you like, so you don't have to start from scratch.
So, following the instructions I selected the appropriate board, entered bootloader mode, but when attempting to flash the file, I would get an error that the C:/Users/Mike C..... command is not recognized...
